Whether you’ve never moved before, are recovering from an injury, or just jumping back in, this level eases you into movement so you can START feeling your best! All programs will either be on the floor or standing (you won’t be getting up and down).
Beginner is a great baseline for movement—we work on form, incorporate floor routines, and start to challenge our bodies a bit more. If you’re feeling healthy in your body (zero to little pain) and you’re familiar with basic movements (squats, lunges, planks), you’ll enjoy these slower-paced, uncomplicated workouts.
You’re comfortable with most workouts, solid in your form, and ready to take on more of challenge! With Intermediate, we explore more complex routines and introduce new variations of classic movements (squats, lunges, planks).
Harder. Better. Faster. Stronger. Advanced takes movement to complex heights. It’s a high volume of work, we move fast, and rest is minimal. Advanced is a great way to give yourself an all-around challenge. Think of it as an “8” if 1 is lying in bed and 10 is complete exhaustion.
