Why this series of workouts?
It’s so important to switch things up to keep your movement routine fresh, interesting and challenging! I’m excited to share these workouts with you because you’ll experience so much variety and diversity, plus you’ll have the opportunity to learn from some incredible coaches!
These trainers utilize everything from dumbbells, bodyweight, bands, sandbags, and kettlebells. Plus we’ve even added yoga to the mix! Each trainer offers a long and short workout, so we’ve got you covered no matter what you’re in the mood for or how much time you have!
Who Are the Trainers?
Yoga with Abiola
Power Planks Vinyasa Yoga Flow (40 mins): Explore core-based movements combined with balancing plank variations to help stabilize through your physical body and begin dominating your day in flow.
Gentle AM Yoga Flow (20 min): A short and effective gentle yoga flow to get your body ready for the day.
Resistance Bands with Brittany
Lower Body Resistance Band Workout (30 mins): Feel the power of your lower body and core in this spicy workout that includes a warm-up, 2 strength circuits, and Tabata to finish it all off!
Mini Lower Body Resistance Band Workout (20 min): Feel accomplished after a great sweat with this mini version of the 30-minute workout.
Dumbbells with Robel
Long Dumbbell Workout (30 mins): A challenging total body routine that will get your heart pumping, sweat dripping, and leave you feeling super accomplished.
Short Dumbbell Workout (20 min): A super fun and challenging core blast workout.

Long Kettlebell Workout: (30 mins): A three-part fun and efficient workout that focuses on mobility, strength and endurance.

High Intensity Workout (30 mins): All you need is your body for this fun workout that focuses on strength, stability, mobility, core, and overall conditioning.
15-minute Blaster (15 min): An intense workout that will challenge you both physically and mentally, but is still accessible for everyone!
Natural Movement with Marissa
Full Body Movement: (25 mins): Using natural human movements (and one weighted item like a sandbag) to build a strong, capable, and agile body.
Short Movement Snack (15 min): A 15-minute ground movement sequence to increase mobility and bring energy to the body.
