What’s up, Team!
A couple of weeks ago we had a VERY special guest join us at the studio. My niece, The Flash, came to hang out with the Team and see what her auntie does for work. After watching me film and trying a few of the moves out herself, she decided that behind the scenes was cool, but she would prefer to be in front of the camera next time. So this last week she came back to film her very own workouts with me! It was SO much fun to see her creativity, confidence, and energy shine! Couldn’t be a prouder auntie!
After our day of filming, my sister told me that my niece was in the best mood she’d been in in a while. Not just because she had a good time with the Team, but because her body and mind felt great after moving!
It can be SO hard to find fun activities for kids to do during the cold winter months, especially when school isn’t in session during the holiday season. All of the workouts The Flash and I filmed are 8 minutes or less, and are a great way for you and your child to spend time together (or for them to try a new activity while you take a moment to rest!).
