What do you love most about coaching?
“Most people can do things they don’t believe they can and it’s awesome getting them to the point where they do it and are completely surprised. Whether that’s using weights they didn’t think they could use, getting a box jump they never have before, or running 0.5mph faster on the treadmill, the “OMG I didn’t think I could do that!” face is what coaching is all about for me.”
