START Mobility Long

Total Body Strength

After a short warmup, this total-body strength workout starts with a focus on form through the first set of movements, then adds a pair a dumbbells (5 lbs or less to start with!) to make it more challenging. Let’s go, Team!

Steady Sweat

This cardio workout will get your heart rate up and body feeling GOOD! Kaisa will lead you through a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool-down. Give it all you’ve got and leave everything on the mat!

Join Rachel for this spicy 5 x 5 strength workout! The workout is broken down into 5 minute blocks of work. Each block will have 5 reps of 4 different types of movement. Let’s go, Team!
