Elena Chung is our awesome yoga instructor that will meet you where you’re at and guide you through a series of basic moves and poses. Whether you have pain, are brand new, or just haven’t practiced in a while, these moves are accessible to everyone and will help you feel good in your body.

Start Yoga 1

Elena kicks things off with some helpful thoughts about how to approach your practice—it’s not about fitting your body into the postures, but instead about adjusting the poses to meet your body’s needs. You’ll learn foundational moves that will build a solid base for your yoga journey. All you need is a chair and some water!

Start Yoga 2

Continue your intro to yoga with this second session that builds upon what you learned in the first class. Elena will show you how to adjust each posture to honor your body and remind you to check in on how you’re feeling. This class uses a chair, but also features some standing positions (using the chair for stability).

Start Yoga 3

In this class, Elena will guide you through a foundational flow with the option to modify with a chair. This class will introduce some kneeling poses, so if you have sensitive knees, make sure to grab a blanket, towel, or pillow for extra support!

Start Yoga 4

In this final class of the series, Elena will introduce and guide you through the key components of downward facing dog and show you how to modify the pose to meet your body’s needs. Now that you’ve got the fundamentals down, you will leave this class feeling strong and confident to continue your practice!
