If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to dance — don’t stop now. Start here!
Dance is the most expressive form of movement—it’s about connecting to your body and soul through music. If you’ve always wanted to try dancing, this is the perfect beginner routine that moves at an easy pace and breaks down each move so you can learn the steps at your own speed.
Meet your choreographer, the amazing Kisha Vaughan! She’ll break down a chill, beginner hip-hop routine into four easy-to-follow sections, with a recital at the end where you put all the moves together and dance! Remember, it’s not about performing or perfection, it’s about feeling good and having FUN. Take it to the club, a party, or just keep it between you and the mirror!

Frequently Asked Questions:
I’ve literally never tried hip-hop dance before. What if I’m bad at it?
It’s not bad dancing if it feels good! The only person to please is yourself.
Why is a fitness company doing dance?
Dance is sneaky cardio — you’re going to sweat and get your heart rate up, and you’re going to have fun doing it. We 100% believe that fitness routine should be enjoyable instead of a chore, and dance fits right in with what we do.
Can I do this if I have bad knees/hips/ankles? What if I’m not flexible?
Talk to your doctor or physio if you have sensitive joints, are recovering from an injury, or have chronic conditions that make moving difficult, to make sure that you’re cleared for exercise. This dance routine requires that you be able to stand, walk, and shift your balance. If you need modifications for the movements, please email us at info@kaisafit.com. We’re happy to help you figure out how to make the routine work for you!
Should I do all the sections at once? Or can I space them out?
Each of the four sections that break down the choreography can be done at your own pace. You can stretch them out over a week or two, repeat sections when you want more practice, or jump straight to the recital portion once you’re comfortable with the choreography. This journey is about letting your muscles develop memories so you don’t have to think about moving — you can just relax and enjoy the ride.
