Welcome to the 60-Day Challenge!
This two-part, 8-week program is designed to help you build strength, endurance, and mobility with quick, effective workouts that fit into your busy life.

For the first 30 days, Coach Kaisa will guide you through 15-minute workouts, focusing on consistency and foundational strength. Then, in the next 30 days, we level up with a new program featuring 20-minute workouts, pushing you further while keeping movement fun and accessible.

The Details:
✔️ Phase 1 (Weeks 1–4): 15-minute workouts, 5 days a week.
✔️ Phase 2 (Weeks 5–8): 20-minute workouts, 5 days a week for added challenge.
✔️ Progressive training—each week builds on the last, so you continue to see and feel results.

Wednesday – Cardio
Thursday – Upper Body Strength
Friday – Mobility & Recovery
